We take our formal and continuing education seriously to deliver the finest customer experience leveraging the best methodologies in industry. Some of the core precepts we follow and industry-leading certifications we hold include (but are not limited to):

  • Change Management. The Prosci® Change Management methodology is a systematic and holistic approach that guides organizations to realize the benefits of their change initiatives. We also aim towards building internal, organizational capabilities to deal swiftly and efficiently with the ever-increasing number of changes.
  • Project/Program Management. Project Management Institute, and the accompanying Project Management Professional (PMP) and Program Management Professional (PgMP) certifications, speak to our team members’ skills in project, program and portfolio management and their ability to help your strategies succeed. Depending on the engagement, we utilize either a traditional, waterfall approach, or frequently iteratively build capability via our Agile methodologies.
  • Agile. We practice Scrum (Scrum.org), which is a framework within which people can address complex adaptive problems, while productively and creatively delivering products of the highest possible value. We also leverage the SAFe 5.0 update to the SAFe Framework that provides guidance on the seven core competencies that help an organization become a Lean Enterprise and achieve Business Agility.
  • Lean. Utilizing the Lean Six Sigma Institute’s framework, we help organizations various industries achieve their goals and objectives by adopting Lean Six Sigma philosophy, methodologies, and tools.
  • Service Management. ITIL is the most widely recognized framework for IT and digitally enabled services in the world. It provides comprehensive, practical and proven guidance for establishing an effective service management system.
